Is this App Store screenshot generator really free?
Yes. There is no account, no watermark, no export limit, and no paid tier. The full source code is public on GitHub
Do I have to design every iPhone size separately?
No. Design at the 6.9 inch size, such as 1290 by 2796, and the App Store scales it down for smaller iPhones automatically. If you want pixel perfect control over a specific tier, the editor can resize the canvas to any accepted dimension
Where do my screenshots go when I upload them?
Nowhere. The editor runs entirely in your browser. Projects and uploads live in your browser storage on your own machine, and there is no backend to send them to
What does it export?
PNG files rendered at the exact pixel dimensions App Store Connect expects, for every device class you target. Apple accepts PNG and JPEG and rejects images with alpha channels
Can it make Play Store screenshots too?

Does it make app preview videos as well?
Yes, in Chrome, Edge or the desktop app, where video export has WebCodecs. Drop a screen recording into a device frame and export an MP4, or conform a raw capture to exactly what App Store Connect accepts. The app preview video maker page explains both modes
